In order to maximize the surface area in contact with the cooling medium air, we have strict control of the manufacturing products in compliance with design, proper surface treatment, and one of our big advantage is the flatness of contact surface by precise CNC machining.
A surface treatment is not only for aesthetic matter, but also for right performance of a heat sink.
- Abrasion resistance, Al2O3 is a very hard material and therefore, this layer is very resistant to abrasion
- Chemical resistance, effectively protecting aluminum surface even in harsh conditions.
- Cooling efficiency, most important parameter is cooling performance, untreated natural aluminum with a glossy surface features extremely low emissivity, our process will guarantee the premium emissivity.
